We recommand Ophilex to everybody. Let us tell why: we come from Europe and are used to high level finishes. Because we couldn’t be present during the build construction, we spend hours on the internet to find the right contractor. Then we invited 5 contractors to get acquainted and explained our plans. After their visit we visited 5 sites to see for ourselves their build quality & finishes. Because we live abroad we decided we wanted to be assisted by a Quantity Surveyor. We choose DNS Projects and Guy Shepperd made a full list of scope of all the work, so all contractors could make a quotation based on exact the same work and material. We have deliberately chosen Ophilex Construction, although they didn’t make the sharpest offer, but also not the most expensive one. Our choice was based on the fact that they impressed us most with their quality of work what we had seen, but also from the fact that we read on their website that the owner has been in the military for a long time. And that tells us that he must be very disciplined, good stress resistances, integer, is able to make quick decisions if needed and must be good in planning and communication. Anthony Germishuys the owner made all those expectations come true. I have had so many builds in my life at my business but also at home, and this was the first build ever that went as we had hoped for. You can’t find a better and more trustworthy contractor.
