The Project Management of any project, whether it be a new build, renovation, maintenance, swimming pool or decking.

The Project management includes the following:

  • Introduction to architect and assistance with design
  • Assisting with Home Owners Association Submission
  • Local Council submission
  • Assistance with re-zoning if required
  • Building Contract and principle agent appointment
  • Detailed budget and costing of project
  • Progress works schedule and payment schedule
  • Progress Report and photos every 2 weeks
  • Co-ordination between client and sub-contractors communicating all instructions regarding finishes
  • Ensuring the project is a pleasant experience for the client
  • Introduction to interior decorator

There is no additional charge to the project for these services.
