This 300 square meter private lodge was built as a turn key project for a client who resides in the USA. The thatch roof home has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large and spacious living and entertainment area. The internal floors are finished with an Earthcote Pandoma which matches the concrete counter tops in the kitchen.

Outside has a large deck and swimming pool with a walkway to a braai area and viewing deck on the river. The decks were all constructed of composite decking planks to reduce maintenance.

The owner travels from the USA occasionally to visit Leadwood Big Game Estate. During her absence her home is rented out on a long term lease which brings in an income on her investment.
